The purchase of this service includes the repair of a ZOOM 9002  which exhibits the following symptoms:

When you can still hear the AUX input, Metronome and tuner, but you have no output of the guitar signal. Other symptoms may include variable output, weak distortion and patches using compression to have no output.

If your Zoom 9002 has this problem you have the option of purchasing our repair kit and servicing the unit (this is a fairly advanced procedure) or you can send your unit to e-lectronics.net for repair. This service replaces All the electrolytic capacitors including the one buried beneath the daughter board for the compression circuit and if necessary, the DC to DC converter (IC7660). This repair is specifically for the guitar signal failure conditions specified above; there are a few other symptoms which e-lectronics can service, in the event your 9002 needs additional services you will be quoted once your 9002 is inspected. If your ZOOM 9002 has been previously tampered we may not be able to repair it in which case you will be responsible for the return shipping fees which are approximately $6 with in USA.
